Terms and Conditions The price is reffering to the house including inventory. Extra expenses for electricity, gas, oil or firewood will be charged according to consumption. The "hyggelige" Danes, Vejers Strand Sommerhusudlejning, function as a broker between the owners of the houses and the tenants. We shall not be hold responsible for damages, accidents or similar - however we're going to assist in the clearance of any problems . The rented object includes the completely established vacations house including a plot of land. The vacations house may be inhabited mostly by the number of persons number indicated in the prospectus. Unfortunately we must prohibit the setting up of trailer and tents . Please note to carry along bed wash, tablecloth yourselves. The keys will be delivered in our office, Havvej 12, which is occupied until 5:00 pm clock. On late arrival, the keys will be deposed along with an exact description at the office door. The tenant obligates himself, to treat the vacations house carefully and to return it to the owner into a neatly and proper condition. A final cleaning can be ordered for EUR 60,- in the office. In a poolhouse , the final cleaning makes between EUR 75 and EUR 90,-. Please note: if "obligatory final cleaning" is indicated in the catalogue the tenant has to pay the amount for cleaning. It strictly forbidden to gather wood in the forest or at the beach and to burn it in the oven. Also briquettes may not be used. Refuse of any type may be thrown only in the trashcans set up for that. The tenant fastened for damages, that are to be indicated immediately. The vacations house is assured against fire including the inventory , but no insurance protection exists for the personal baggage of the tenant. Therefore the termination of a baggage insurance is recommanded . On superior force like war, strike, fire or natural disasters, the owner is entitled to cancel the tenancy without notice. In unfounded cancelling by the tenant, he has to carry the total amount if he cannot place a new tenant at least a week before the journey would start . A trip resignation insurance is component of the lease and is calculated with 5 EURS per rent day. If one of the participants becomes effective in disease, accident or job change too and the remainders cannot begin their vacation caused by this . In this case the rent will be refundend - less the insurance premium as well as 10% of the total rent . Payment conditions: 25% upon receipt of the written entry confirmation, final payment four weeks before trip start.
