Unexpected things can happen – even on holiday. That’s why, starting in 2026, an ALL-RISK travel insurance is automatically included with every booking.
It gives you and your family peace of mind both before and during your stay, covering a wide range of situations – from illness and cancellation to damage to the holiday home.
The insurance is developed in cooperation with Codan Forsikring and offers the best possible coverage – simple, secure and hassle-free.
All insurance cases must be reported to us first, after which they are passed on to Codan, who handle the claim and are responsible for its correct processing.

At Die “hyggelige” Dänen, we do our best to make sure you feel safe and secure throughout your holiday.
That’s why all bookings from 2026 automatically include an obligatory ALL-RISK insurance.

The insurance gives you the best protection in case of illness, accidents or other unforeseen events – both before and during your stay.
We believe holidays should be carefree – and this insurance helps ensure just that.

Price & coverage of the ALL-RISK insurance

Codan ALL-RISK (Full Coverage Package)
Covers everything – before and during your stay, including:

• Cancellation and interruption of the stay
• Illness or accidents during your stay
• Damage to the holiday home caused by guests or dogs (deductible: 500 DKK)
• Reimbursement for unused holiday days due to acute illness or early departure

The price of the insurance depends on the price of the holiday home you book.
