How do you make your holiday home more energy-efficient, climate-smart and future-ready – without compromising on comfort or atmosphere? At the Sustainability Fair in Vejers, we raise exactly that question – and offer plenty of inspiration to help you find the answers.

A Day of Ideas and Practical Inspiration

Once a year, we bring together homeowners, experts and local enthusiasts for a friendly and informative event, with sustainable holiday living as the central theme. You’ll find engaging exhibitors, insightful talks, and hands-on ideas for making both your home – and your everyday life – more eco-conscious.

The fair usually takes place in February and participation is free. Everyone is welcome – both homeowners and curious guests in the area.

Talks That Inspire Action

In past years, we’ve welcomed speakers such as Anne Glad, a lifestyle expert focused on sustainable consumption, and Anne Hjernøe, a food writer and chef sharing ideas for climate-friendly everyday cooking. Our guest speakers always bring energy, practical insight and a strong belief that even small changes matter. 

The program is updated each year – so there’s always something new to discover.

Exhibitors, Workshops and Green Solutions

Alongside the talks, a wide range of exhibitors share their knowledge and products – from green energy and financial advice to locally produced foods and sustainable interiors.

In previous years, children and adults alike have enjoyed practical activities, such as making their own wooden toys in a small workshop.
